Rexall

Jennifer from the pharmacy was so amazing with my son. She took time with him to get him to drink some liquid which he was desperately in need of. Every time she would get him to take a drink she would say cheers and she would take a drink of her water. She showed me that she cares so much thank you for your help today Jennifer

Extremely slow service in the pharmacy. Not organized or well run

Was having lower back pain. I explained to the pharmacist that I had a history of Afib, on BP medication and blood thinner. He took to Roboxin and said this would be good. Now I am In AFIB again. Been told since this drug can cause afib.

Broken Systems, too bad when the system's that are intended and designed to help people actually hurt those that are most vulnerable, and even sadder that human's cannot be human's and help because the system's could in turn damage them, too bad and very sad :(

I tried for three years. This is the most disorganized pharmacy one could imagine. Only once in three years did they get my son's prescriptions right. Every other month there was one problem or another, excuses, new promises to get it right. Now I'm done. I am looking for a new pharmacy. It is really too bad, because Rexall is one block from my house but I can't keep going through this, and much worse - putting my son through being out of medication almost every month. Why did I stay with them for three years? I guess I love to give second, third and 25th chances, but enough is enough!! The staff are friendly and doing their best, but something must be broken in the system somewhere.
