From the outset we found Tim Allens Tree Service to be an extremely professional and knowledgeable. After our original call for an estimate to remove 6-10 trees we were sold on this company. Firstly, we reached out to 3 companies to provide estimates to remove our trees. Tim Allens was the first to respond and Ty (their estimator) was in our yard within a few days. Note: One of the original 3 companies we solicited a quote from still has yet to respond!!! (we know they are still in business because we frequently see their trucks in the area) while the 2nd option responded 6 weeks after Ty had given us a verbal quote!! Secondly, Ty (the first person from Tim Allens we interfaced with) was an outstanding advert for his company. He was very impressive and his knowledge of the trees on our 5 acre property was outstanding. He asked which trees we needed to be removed and even suggested a few more small trees at minor additional cost, and gave us a firm quote during his initial visit, and followed that with a hard-copy within 4 hours. We were also given options for timescale and decided to wait until fall. In mid-November we were contacted by Ty and given a couple of specific dates for his crew to do the work. They showed up promptly on the chosen day and immediately impressed us with their friendliness and professionalism. Ty had provided them with a plan of work to be done and after a short chat they set about their work. There were 3 guys in the team with each having what appeared to be a planned parcel of work. E.g. one climbing a tree with a chainsaw, a second limping and cutting the felled trees into manageable chunks and the third feeding the pieces through a chipper. The pace of work was particularly impressive as was the previously mentioned teamwork. We had estimated a rough time that they would be on our property based on some of the tree felling and logging work we had previously done ourselves with friends and Tim Allens crew had completed the work in less than half that time. This included cleanup, etc. To say that we were impressed with this company is an understatement - from initial contact to o finish we cannot think of anything to complain about. Well done all concerned at Tim Allens; we will most certainly return when we need more tree work done!!! Service: Tree removal
