This is by far the worst company we've ever had the misfortune of using for snow removal services. Our contract with them clearly states what the requirements are at our site and the agreed upon services TCG are to provide. Their employees are lackluster, unmotivated and extremely grumpy to deal with. Their supervisor always has readily available excuses as to why full service was unable to be completed. They make their own rules and then when questioned, they claim their guys are exhausted from working so hard. Considering this company is paid regardless of whether or not it snows, they've had ample time to rest up for a winter that didn't start until February 1st 2021. Avoid at all costs ... they are a complete waste of money.

Poor place to work at and have work done by them theyre absolutely irresponsible, ruin sites and barely show up. Been waiting for my last pay check for over a month and the franchise owners dont take responsibility head office is useless say they cant help me get money Im owed. Deducted taxes and they dont even have info for social security. Scammers and steal your money every chance they get

Great company. Wonderful people. Notice how the low reviews are from random drivers who aren't customers? From my experience, TCG doesn't tolerate bad image behaviors. Employees would never threaten a customer on a work site, even if they are shoppers not tied to their clients. Negative reviews must be read with caution... usually they are out with a chip on their shoulder and out to ruin people's ratings. Ugh. Go TCG!!
