Easily the best customer service Ive experienced while shopping for my new dump trailer. Randy and Bob have been more than helpful with all of my questions and also helping to customize my order just the way I want. Just picked up my MS1280 trailer in Smiths Falls and just driving it home I noticed it pulls so nice and does not bounce around like my old trailer. Very happy with this purchase and the initial conversation I had with Randy (I believe) that directed me to a local reseller. He stressed the quality and what they do different than other vendors. A few dollars more but easily justified.

we just bought a 6x12 aluminum trailer and couldn't be happier!! it's durable and lightweight, great ramp options for transporting soils or loading atv's...and tons of locations to strap things down so your never fighting with the ratchet straps. I'll see myself buying lots of millroad equipment in the future!!

I recently bought the MS48. I just love how light weight it is. I often pull it behind my pickup when I go to the dump but most of the time I pull it behind my golf cart on my 112 acres property. I use it to move brush, rocks , lumber etc. My trade used to be Fitter/structural Steel/Plateworker (METAL FABRICATION). Im also a perfectionist and I am hard to please. I usually criticize how things are built. It is not the case this time. It looked well built when I purchased it but upon close inspection after owning it , I can tell you that if I would have built it, there is nothing I would have done differently. I am astounded how well built this trailer is. If I ever need a larger trailer in the future, I will definitely buy a millroad. Gilbert
