Definitely one of the most warm retail experiences Ive had in a long time. I wish we could say this about ALL businesses here in the near north, but, unfortunately, we cannot. Right from the moment I checked for Stihl parts over the phone, they went the extra mile to get me what I needed. When I went to pick things us, and they made the connection that I was the one who had called in, Hayven and Tom both extended their hands to shake. So excellent. Even though I live in Sundridge, I will sometimes go out of my way to go to Burks Fall Home Building Centre, instead of Kidds Home Hardware. You are doing it right. Keep up the great work!!

Address on Google maps was wrong but everything else was great. I called ahead looking for a $3 item. The person who answered took the time to help find the item and make sure it was in stock and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Correction: my gps was wrong not the address on Google.

Tried to find out the price on some building material. All the website shows is beaver houses. I don't want a house .
