We have been here 10 years. We did have a cockroach problem in the early years, but none for a while now. Office management (Jackie & Joe) were terrible, Bob te maintenance person, I thought was doing a good job (others disagreed) He bent over backwards trying to get my kitchen issue fixed but a letter to several personal at head office plus one to CEO with pictures after 15 months with an unusable kitchen finally got done. The new office personnel Jasmine is doing an excellent job, even though she is not here every day. As for Sean and Nuel for maintenance, they are excellent. You don't wait weeks to get an issue fixed. They do it right away. Now the cleaning lady (Marcia), please do NOT lose her, for just one person, she is the best we ever had. I think she needs a raise. Yes, I would and have recommended this place.

Jasmin has been a wonderful superintendent. Shes alway so busy yet makes time to help out all of the buildings workers and make sure everyone works together to ensure a clean, quiet and welcoming building to live in. Despite being very busy as she operates multiple buildings she makes time to address any concerns in the building and does so with a smile on her face everytime. Thank you jasmin -Bri

They are now trying for a rent increase of 5.5% even though it's been capped at 2.5%. It's for all the stuff they "improve". The only time you can get any thing done in your apartment is to get lawyers or LTB invovled. I've seen videos where they claim there are security guards here. Never seen one in 16 or 17 years I've been here. Elevators break down, had bugs quite a few times but they never chipped in for rent. They will screw you for every penny possible but they don't care. The review ratings speak for themselves. I expect a generic response to this review....the same generic response I get when there is a problem in the building. Any new tenants get what they deserve if they don't do research on this place before they move in. It saysI can post pictures but I'll leave that for a future time. You've been warned!
