        Terrible service. We had to come twice to activate my credit card and yet the representatives at this CIBC branch could not get it done. On our second visit, the advisor straight up left the room to see another client for 20-30 minutes while his phone was on speaker on hold to speak with a representative. I do not understand why CIBC mails the credit cards with pin # only for the customers to find out we have to visit the branch to get verified. I will have to visit a third time to try my luck. They pretty much raised their hands to pass down the buck to a different department. Update: it has been 45 minutes in this room and still they are unable to get hold of a representative to activate my card. This bank is a joke. Please take your business elsewhere.
