With an incident/ illness of family member we gave up our decent life and used up our credits to save the family member, at the end we ended up big debt, pat one and half a year been paying high interest also trying to pay out debt, but it was not possible as we were digging the hole deeper, also were hesitating to go through legal solutions and bankruptcy options, finally decided to call a trustee. I called Spergels, spoke to Tammi, very very polite, knowledgeable person with amazing understanding of clients needs, she patiently answered all my questions and explained all the options available to solve the issue, it took almost 40 minutes phone conversation, after that I felt so relax and breathing so better as I had tons of stress with our debt before taking to Tammi. At this point in my life I was in need of help ...on my fixed income I was tired of trying to keep up payments could no longer afford... collections on anything weren't happening... yet...so I decided on the advice of a friend that Spergel could help in the eventuality of creditors demanding from me. I called and the office staff [Sylvia] were very professional and I was put in touch with Tammi Oddi.
