Rob recently repaired my son's bike. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure the bike was safe, and worked in the manner I needed. Rob is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend his shop for repairs and I will be buying my son's new bike from here.

This Place is a serious ripp-off. I took a bike in cause the front gear was off center and causing the chain to fall off. This was the main reason. The front breaks were a little loose and the seat had to be tightened. They billed me for 85$ + tax. 14.95$ to replace a front break cable. A cable that really just needed tightening. Then I took it for a test ride. The chain falls off in the parking lot. I come back in to complain and the older guy says that they did a good job. Not a friendly attitude. The kid says he didn't touch the front spoke because he dint want to break it. The guy mentions for me to go to another bikes hop in Hamilton so that they can get me a front spoke cause they don't have one here. They did nothing to fix the bike and charged 85$. RIPP OFF... I HAD RACIAL VIBES TOO. that's why I feel they felt they should give sub par service. Go HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SEEM SELECTIVE ON WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE THEY OFFER TO PEOPLE THEY THINK DESERVES GOOD SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGAIN. NOT EVEN A CENT I WOULD SPEND THERE.

first, BEST SHOP EVER! 6/5stars. I have a 40yo vintage bike with an internal hear hub. Not only was were they able to get it running, they were also able to teach me the basics in how to operate it correctly, they also took the time to give me a much desired lesson on how to perform the basis field adjustments to guarantee a successful ride. Next time I go here I'll take them coffee and doughnuts :+D love this shop.
