Dr. Carter provided exceptional surgical care for me at Joseph Brant Hospital following a traumatic injury to my hand. His recommendations were concise, and his surgical skills were very meticulous and thorough. No detail was overlooked. The follow-up care I received at his office was also exceptional and he was always empathetic, compassionate, and kind. Dr. Carters receptionist Chantal was very accomodating and professional, and the occupational therapist Dr. Carter recommended was terrific. Thank you Dr. Carter and your whole team for your amazing care.

Dr. Carter and staff are excellent! I had a Lipoma removed from my scalp. Dr. Carter saw me quickly at his office, and arranged for a subsequent surgery within 2 weeks. I was in and out of the hospital quickly with very little discomfort. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a similar procedure.

Dr. Carter did my carpal tunnel surgery. My follow-up care was disappointing. He did not even see me at my follow-up appointment which means he did not even look at my hand to see how I was progressing following the surgery. I felt I was left to figure it out on my own. Answers provided to my questions were vague and unclear. The whole experience has left me feeling quite disappointed and my hand is not looking great. I'm not sure what the healing experience of my surgery is supposed to be like, but it will be interesting to see what my hand looks like when it is completely healed. The whole thing has left me feeling quite disappointed about the process.
