        As a Crohn's patient, I appreciate how well she listens and responds to my concerns. She works with me to achieve my treatment goals. Its comforting knowing that if I have any concerns, I can call the office and the receptionist is great in getting me connected to Dr lad in some way and within a couple days.

        When ever I have seen her, she is always on top of my files and really knows what I need. She is one of the few specialists who actually listen to their patients and I work in patient care.
