Sam was my instructor and was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was being taught in class. Personal stories, making everyone feel comfortable and finding ways to help everyone truly understand. He was very personable and made the experience memorable and fun.

My daughter required this course for her work and signed up to take the blended version. After completing the online portion she was set to begin the in-person course that weekend. She received notice two days prior that it was cancelled. She then signed up for the next available weekend and it was again cancelled. This happened three times despite being told for the third time that with five participants already registered that the course would run . Nope! We requested a refund and now shes taking with another facility that is most definitely running it with 5 participants plus her .

Sam was an amazing instructor! Rather than death by PowerPoint, he interacted with us a lot, making for a memorable and informative experience. Would recommend him to anyone!
