we contacted them to use their device to collect donations. We have received the machines, but the equipment and advertising materials are missing, but they did not hesitate to send invoices when we cannot use anything! We have contacted them often and nothing has been done! If the organizations don't order hundreds of devices, they don't treat us as customers. They ignore us. Really no good word to say about them.

We used Tip Tap Pay for our 2022 McHappy Day event which was a success for our agency and our partner charities. The Tip Tap Pay team offered us suggestions for devices and ways to make the day successful, walked us through the process and provided us with branded devices to use on the event day. All of our charity partners were excited to add this donation collection opportunity to the day and expressed interest in using Tip Tap Pay for their own fundraising events. Everything was delivered to our office, with clear instructions for set up. On the day of the event, we had a volunteer change over every hour. It was quick and easy to hand off the backstage pass and the parade bucket to new volunteers and give them a brief explanation on using the devices. We saw guests happy to have a non-cash option to support the event and our volunteers commented on the positive response from guests. Overall, we are very happy with how the devices enhanced our event and are exploring ways to include them in our future fundraising efforts!
