Aligned told me they had updated my banking info but they hadn't, and I just learned I have not been contributing to my RRSPs for the last four months. That's a big deal. Also, my previous advisor left the company years ago and they never assigned me a new one, despite my repeated requests for this. The last time I asked about it, I was simply given a list of other advisors and told to cold call them and see if someone could take me on. That's bush league but I tried anyway. None of those advisors even responded to me -- double bush league. On top of those complaints, Aligned is terrible at returning phone calls and emails. I have had enough and am no longer a client of theirs.
