It's really too bad you can't give no stars on a review because that's what this group truly deserves. Be very careful dealing with Salvatore Nesci, Inspired Flooring and Frisco Design. In short the product comes from China, poor quality, scratches very easily and the tiles crack easily. The installation issues were as follows: - tile gaps up to 3/8", when its supposed to be 3/32", everywhere its different and looks terrible (this issue is in all the pictures) - same tiles were used side by side in two areas, which I was guaranteed wouldn't happen (see pictures marked shower and corner) - tiles don't align, because they're each different sizes (all pictures) - tiles cut poorly at window, above door and at corner where corner edge was used (see pictures marked door and window) - niche was cut poorly, its sharp and you can literally cut your finger on it (see picture marked shower) - materials for niche backing was wrong (see picture marked shower) If you decide to deal with any of the above, make sure you have everything in writing and I mean the smallest details and I mean everything and give as little deposit as you can. It's literally not worth dealing with them. I provided a $5000 deposit on an over $11,000 contract and now I'm back to having to remove all the tiles installed along with the drywall, re-drywall, put a new bladder down for the shower and reseal the shower prior to installing new tiles. Even if I get the $5000 back I'd still lose. No choice but to pursue this in small claims court. Worst part, they were expensive
