Just called to ask the price of their vacuum service. $2, $2.50? Doesn't know. And wouldn't tell me the cost of regular gas. Told me to come there. No thanks.

Attendant would not let me use the washroom unless i buy something, Im a regular customer! After this i will never fill up at this station. Very greedy.

Terrible experience at this location at 8:43pm on Friday sept 30 2022. Wanted to redeem my airmiles points but the male attendant was to busy on his phone to press the redeem button for airmiles and told me that they got a new system and it would be taken off after I pay which makes no sense but since I always come here I had no choice but to believe in the moment they actually did get a new system. Well turns out that was a complete lie and then he tries to spin it back on me saying my airmiles card is locked but they only way that can happen is if I file a fraud report on my airmiles card which I havent. Completely unprofessional to tell a customer a complete lie rather than to own up to the mistake. But based on the rest of the reviews clearly they only care about positive reviews and not resolving issues to make customers return. Better training on redeeming things like car washes, airmiles and lottery would really help this location a lot. Will be going to the esso right across the street for the same price. * response to shell: Would like a full refund then to deduct the points that were supposed to be taken off, but in all honesty its all too much hassle and I dont want interact with ur business anymore, and I am just warning others that any other service that is not straightforward you will likely have a problem and to avoid hassle much easier to visit other stations. Also there are no further detail regarding this situation as I explained everything in the previous portion.

Very friendly and helpful clerk. Washroom available ask for key from Clerk and bathroom is exterior side door
