Baeumler Quality Construction Inc.

Be aware.. We hired this company to have a stress free experience because of their name. It has been the complete opposite. I contracted Baeumler Quality Construction to complete a pool and landscaping project. We had entered into the contract in March of 2021, where I was informed that there was a pool in production that was cancelled and I was given the opportunity to take the pool and have it delivered in a 10 week time. I had to contact the office of Baeumler to find out the status of the delivery after each delay because NO ONE was communicating to me until I contacted them. After a few delays, and very little communication from the company, I informed them that I wanted to cancel the whole project. At this point the project was pushed to August of 2021. I emailed them my cancellation beginning of August. The senior business manager informed me that he would look into the cancellation and my deposit that I had made. I was then informed that I could not have my deposit back in full. I have contacted a lawyer and have tired to mediate the situation. No work has been completed on my property. The only item physically giving to me has been a permit for work. No proof on where my deposit is has been provided. I now have to proceed with the help of a lawyer to continue trying to get my deposit back. No work has been completed on our property The company refuses to return my deposit.
