UPDATE November 2022: If I could give them 6 stars I would. My vehicle was written off 3 days ago. I have my property/content insurance with Coop, I was reimbursed within 24 hours of speaking to the staff over the phone. I have yet to even talk to my actual adjuster at INTACT where my car insurance is from. I was on hold for 1 min with COOP, over 5 hours and 10 calls in the last 2 days with INTACT without a single conversation with a person who makes decisions. If you do not have your home and car with COOP do it now. Amazing customer service. I dropped the ball on some insurance that needed to be done during covid. Khalid was the only agent who returned my phone call, in a matter of minutes and had a quote sent over within an hour and signed off, all on the same day. He explained why he did what he did with the insurance plan and the fee was exactly what I expected. When the world was sideways with covid he helped me immensely with my insurance issue.

Always interested in setting up new accounts, but when you call them to cancel a policy then no one ever answers back. Did a policy last year with an agent and this year she was gone. Left several VM for the office and none returned back. Ended up calling the Insurance company directly to resolve and got penalized on delayed calling. Disappointed...
