First dealing with this company was an ins issue. Met Justin and all the staff and my wife and myself can honestly say they were amazing. They made you feel welcome we laughed while we talked business they were very knowledgeable helpful and honest and most definitely did everything in their power to make this issue as painless as possible. I visited Keith at Williams Distinctive Gems and he designed a custom blue sapphire engagement ring that my now wife loves dearly. They made me feel super comfortable through the entire process, and I knew I was in good hands. Keith, Justin and the staff at Williams are highly professional, reliable, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Keith also made our wedding bands and we couldn't be happier with those. More recently, Justin and the staff at Williams helped me to surprise my wife with a second wedding band on our anniversary, and it was perfect!

If you are looking for custom jewelry with incredible customer service, Williams Distinctive Gems is the place to go. We met with Justin and he is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to take a picture of what we were looking for and bring it to life. The turn around time was reasonable and you can tell they care. I highly recommend this place.
