Amer (Owner) is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are very fair and he always has good ideas to help you. Everything from a watch battery to wedding rings, or high quality fashion accessories. This little shop combines selection with good pricing, repairs and custom jewelry. After my mom passed, we asked Amer to create a diamond pendant from her wedding rings. It's beautiful and did not break the bank. We've worked with Amer and his shop for many years now. Highly recommend.

We have taken my broken engagement ring to Classic Jewelry. Amer did an amazing job rebuilding my diamonds into a solid piece platinum. My ring looks better than before and beautiful! The price was very good too, less than what he quoted, which is always a bonus. Well definitely be back to make a matching wedding band shortly.

Great customer service! I stopped in to see if he could change the battery in my Garmin heart monitor device (screws are so tiny). He was very helpful - did it right away - for only a small charge for his time.

I had called about my watch being sized last month. Finally got around to it and was met with super friendly service. The nice man behind the counter sized my watch to fit my small wrist for less than initially quoted in less than 5 minutes! He also answered my questions with great knowledge. Left extremely happy in finally being able to wear my watch! Thank-you so much! I will certainly return.Update: I have since returned (mid-late October, 2022) as I had to get my platinum diamond earrings repaired. Amer went above and beyond and I sincerely thank him for his excellent craftsmanship and wonderful overall customer service; very sweet man. He's my go to in Burlington! Thanks so much again for everything, Amer!

I had my engagement and wedding rings made by Classic Jewellery. I love the rings but two years after receiving my engagement ring, one of the diamonds fell out. I was so lucky to find it in my home. I returned to Classic jewellery expecting to have the ring repaired without charge since it happened not long after being made and I don't do any heavy manual labour. I was told "it was like buying a car and I will have to pay for repairs." I should have replied that cars come with warranties. Anyway, I paid for the repair and two years later, the diamond falls out again. I contemplated going back and complaining but decided to choose another jeweller who would do a better job. I shouldn't need to be returning every two years to get this ring repaired. Anyway, new jeweller said prong holding diamond wasn't doing job properly and he built it up. I am very happy with this repair and hope that will be the last time I lose a diamond. I will not be returning to Classic Jewellers for any other purchases. Response to Amer.....I had found the diamond that fell out. The cost to repair was about $35 and felt this fee should have been waived.
