BMO Bank of Montreal

I recently was approved for a loan and was told it would be in my account Tuesday. It is Friday and it isnt there. I called BMO and they started they cannot see a loan awaiting approval and I need to speak with the person directly (whom I initially had my meeting with) Ive tried contacting her for 3 days. The branch manager then told me yesterday at 2pm he would inquire what may be going on with my loan. However never bothered to get back to me. I am continuing trying to get ahold of someone at this branch who can help me as its clear the manager isnt even helpful.

I honestly hate going into this bank as each and every time seems like a horrible experience dealing with the ladies here. More recently I had a very rude bank teller with long dark hair and glasses. This woman should not be in the industry of serving customers. Before I had a run-in with her I could see how she was treating and speaking with the customers ahead of me and it was bad. She has no business working at this bank or any other bank. Another experience like this and I will be moving my banking over to TD or Scotia.

Main issue is that there isnt enough staff, so the wait times are long, and they dont have enough staff to even train the new staff. But the tellers are Friendly and they do try.

Went there today for some inquiry about my account. The teller was professional and nice and was able to give concise answers to the questions I had. The whole experience was very pleasant.
