I have worked for UPS for the last two years and I love my job. It makes me sad when I read that other people's experiences haven't been the same. I find if you come to work ready to put in effort and positivity you can really grow with UPS. You get back what you put in, to anything you do in life.

I'm writing this as a 'senior' associate that was responsible for 3+ multinational accounts that has also worked with major multinational pharmaceutical clients and other major brand-name multinational clients. I'm not going to name specifics but you probably have been a customer of these high profile, multi-brand, multinational clients i.e. everything from smart-phones, toothpaste, baby formula, eye-care to diabetes meds and pharmaceutical narcotics. Things sold at 'WALco' and 'COSTmart' etc. Attention current employees - Ring the GREGorian BELL!! Never complain to HR about management, talk to a LAWYER (free consultation) that specializes in employment/labour law or you will SUFFER FROM REPRISALS!! Public 'hexual sarassment' by a manager and a culture of general harassment has been allowed due to 'he's gonna retire anytime now...' and 'need a confession.' All the supervisors, managers and HR knew this but only a public r*ping on video and a confession would be needed for termination. Starting pay is around minimum wage but work demand is akin to a high paying construction labourer job. Extremely high employee turnaround rate for the very few employees they can attract (mainly immigrants from developing countries that don't know any better.) Most are TEMPORARY AGENCY workers that get PAID MORE than regular employees!! Even McDonalds and AMAZON PAYS MORE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is only for Building one ( Mainway) other building is great. Well where do I start? First off NATALIE the supervisor got me fired not once but twice. Once from the warehouse and another time at the food cafeteria (which isnt owned by UPS) Natalie gets away with everything, shes rude and unprofessional she even called a fellow employee a b for no reason. Natalie fired me the first time because she knew I was happy in her account and kept asking the manager to go to another account so she felt threatened. Her and her little squad she has also takes advantage of breaks and goes for hour long smoke breaks. Dont try to go to HR either because they defend their own. When I tried to go to upper management I got fired. Look out for Natalie, dominos, josh and of course Landon. They treat employees like garbage and expect the most from them.
