I always had problems explaining my feelings. In HOPE, these ladies are so professional, human and compassionate that I dont know how I learned how to express and give names to what I was feeling. And it is a very relieving experience. Now Im able to express how I feel freely and without unreal excuses. Thank you!

My experience with Carey at H.o.p.e. Psychotherapy has been the best experience Ive had in therapy thus far. I have never felt so much progress within myself and my ability to process and handle lifes ups and downs as I have since beginning my sessions with her. She has helped me move through one of the most difficult periods of my life, and did so by empowering me to trust in myself to make my own decisions while helping me understand my emotional world. I feel safe and understood by her. Never judged. I also trust that she knows what she is doing, which has not always been my experience with other therapists. I would highly recommend her to someone who is unsure about therapy. Id highly recommend her and her clinic to anyone, really. Shes also a wonderful and kind human, so thats a plus. 10/10 would recommend.
