I have long had what the doctors have dubbed as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. After one hour with Dr. Kristin, I knew more about what my body was doing and why then I had learned in the previous 20 years since my diagnosis. She recommended some Digestive Enzymes with my dinner and I havent felt better in years!! To boot, shes got me falling asleep easier and quicker at night, and staying asleep longer.
