Dr. Daiana Castleman, ND

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Daiana. I was not sure of what to expect because this was my first experience working with a Naturopath. I can tell you that it has been life changing for me. Dr. Daiana took the (lengthy) time to listen to all my health concerns and come up with a plan that addresses each one. Her sensitivity, empathy and knowledge was very evident. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Daiana is such a wonderful person and it really shows in the care and passion she puts towards her clients and practice. She genuinely cares about others and is focused on the well-being of anyone challenged with their health, particularly (but not limited to) perimenopausal and menopausal women as her specialization. Not only that, she is very involved with paying it forward with the education and support of newly graduated Naturopathic Doctors, something I've had the pleasure of contributing to.

Her desire to help coupled with her knowledge, kind approach, and detailed recommendations about treatment plans sets her apart - she is one of a kind and I am beyond grateful to call her my ND. Dr Castleman is so attentive, kind and thorough. I am starting my treatment plan with confidence as she took all of my concerns and some that were beyond the scope of our appointment into consideration. I am looking forward to better health and continued support.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Daiana for almost a year now, and I cannot express enough how much she has made a positive impact on my life. As someone who can be anxious in new environments, she made me feel welcomed and cared for the moment I stepped into her office. She took the time to really get to know me, my concerns and what I was and was not comfortable with. You can see how much she cares about women like myself and wants to educate and help us learn the tools to live the lives we strive for. I can happily say now that my health and overall well-being has improved immensely since starting my journey with her, and this is only the beginning! I will always be grateful for that.
