She is amazing! Couldnt have asked for a better Obgyn . She made the pregnancy journey easy for me, always ready to listen to my complaints and answer every questions; also reassures me whenever i have any doubts. She also performed the CS operation for me and its the best one yet! Very lovely and brilliant Doc i recommend a 100%

Dr. Dejong is very empathetic and makes her patient feel cared for! Jeannete at the reception was very helping, kind and accomodating.

I have nothing wrong to say about Dr DeJong who is very knowledgeable and caring but the receptionist last time I went was very rude and unprofessional... I just left shocked because of how she talked to me and I kept reliving the scene the whole day... People don't understand how their behaviour can affect someone's life for hours... Should not work in customer service if not able to have manners!

Dr. De Jong delivered both of my daughters. She understood how important it was for me to have continuity in care because there were health complications with both pregnancies. She has continued to be my OB/GYN ever since and I place the fullest of confidence in the level of care she has provided to me. She has a busy practice and has gotten back to me after hours when needed - unheard of in today's health care system. Her staff are friendly and professional. They are timely in responses and pleasant to meet with. Five stars for Dr. De Jong and her staff!

I was referred to Dr. DeJong about a year ago. I had heard wonderful things and upon arrival the office was packed. A good sign I thought. The staff were kind, Dr. DeJong herself was kind enough but the conditions of the exam room were appalling. There was an open bucket of what looked like used speculums sitting in brown water, on questioning apparently it was a cleaning liquid horrendous just the same as I rather not see that. There were splatters of what looked to be dried blood on the wall. Next to the sink there was a heavily used washcloth that hung stiffly, think a frozen washcloth. The whole room just felt unclean, I felt like my concerns weren't valid and it made me incredibly uncomfortable, especially since this was my first time getting a pap smear. I do hope the hygiene of the exam room has improved since but it put me off getting my exams done, and I had to find someone new.
