I have to say as a long haul truck driver Im truly not home much. Which was a major concern for me seeing as I had encountered a roommate in the form of a raccoon. I reached out to WildSide and the response was very quick and Liam was incredible in taking care of my issue without me having to be there. He was a true professional through and through from clean up, prevention, and repair. I never once met Liam face to face we spoke through text and he put my mind at easy and took care of it all. My wife and I moved into an older Burlington home and discovered signs of mice shortly after moving in. We called Wildside Wildlife Removal and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Absolutely amazing service! When we heard a scratching noise from outside we called Wildside to come take a look. Liam quickly found the culprit (racoons), inspected the house and identified other points they could have been accessing and came up with a plan to get them out and keep them deterred. We are pleased with the service from Liam at Wildside. He inspected my moms house, and found 2 possible entry points for mice. He installed devices there, that would let the mice exit the house, but not get back in. Liam was friendly, informative, and efficient.
