First and foremost felt nervous. Once we got going, felt like Sumiyah was a friend and confident. She was so nice and I opened up to her which was a first for me. So I would like to thank her for being so professional and her positive attitude help me lots .I would recommend her to anyone struggling or going through any adversity.

Sumiyyah is a very patient and experienced psychotherapist. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe space to share their feelings. She creates a very comfortable and non-judgmental environment which allows her clients to feel safe to fully express themselves. I have been seeing Sumiyyah for over a year now and I'm definitely in a much better place now than I was a year ago :)

Sumiyyah Choudhary has helped me conquer many things in life I never knew I was able to. I've never been a fan of counselling, and to be honest, I did not expect myself to change as much as I have. I knew I had multiple things about myself that I needed to "fix," but I was cynical and doubted my ability to change and become a better individual. Summiyah successfully changed my mind and helped me find hope within myself. Summiyah has helped me realize my full potential, helped strengthen essential relationships and much more. Summiyahis compassionate and validates my emotions, concerns, and thoughts.I have difficulty opening up toindividuals, but I feel comfortable speaking to her. And so, at last, I can saymy healing journey has begun. Words can't even describe how thankful I am for The Healing Space and my therapist Sumiyyah Choudhary.
