2020 is our first year at BCA with our JKer. We chose this school because we wanted to be a part of a community of parents with a shared focus on both biblical values and exemplary education. BCA has not disappointed! We have found small class sizes, attentive teachers and a beautiful facility among the many things that make BCA such a special place. Staff and parents alike have welcomed us and made the transition for our 4 year old to full-time school as seamless as possible. Our son has grown in leaps and bounds in his language and writing skills. He is becoming more self-confident and loves to learn. We are thankful that schools like BCA exist and look forward to being a part of this community for years to come!

This is our son's second year at BCA, he is currently in grade 1. The main reason we chose this school is its strong Christian values. The school is very friendly and the families are great. Our son looks forward to school everyday. We like the small class sizes and how everyone is looking out for all the children. Next year our daughter will also be joining BCA.

BCA is a nice small community. The best part is they promote kindness and teach the students how to het along with each other. They have unique programs in the middle school years. If your student wants to specialize in theater, hockey, golf there are good opportunities to do that. The tuition is high for what is offered. There is no bussing or lunch hall. Students who have special needs basically have to hire their own full time EA. The communication to parents is not sufficient. Teachers rarely if ever communicate anything to you about your student and were unfriendly. They insist they send emails with class/homework weekly but in three years I never saw one email. Obviously the googleclass system does not work and the teachers refused to cooperate with a written planner. I like that they have a weekly spelling test and wish they sent the page home weekly so you would know what to work on with your students. It would be great if they did the same for math. They have some great events. Parents are required to volunteer rather than volunteering because you want to. At other schools students are required to include everyone if they have a party and it should be the same here because some parents are cliquey.
