First time using Tammy for our personal accounting needs, also the last time using her services. She was difficult to communicate with, not helpful when we had questions of how to file taxes. I am still dealing with CRA today for last year's tax return as items were not filed correctly. Felt very rushed throughout the tax filing process, and evidently errors were made on our filings.

Truly terrible experience. Incredibly expensive and very bad advice. We had 1 initial meeting and she made 3 phone calls to the CRA for us and then charged us $450 after we went with another accountant who said her advice and strategy was TERRIBLE and would have cost us $20,000 we didn't owe and didn't have to spend.
