The owner at this business is classless. Once we received a call that our summer tires were installed my I went to pick up the vehicle. While there i was quoted a price of $203. I asked the owner what we paid last year and his exact words was you paid 6 dollars more last year so I'm going to charge $6 more to match last yr. He then cancelled the transaction and changed it to last years price. $6 means nothing to me, it just surprised me that just because I asked what we paid last year he felt compelled to be a jerk after he quoted me a price already, then canceled the transaction on the computer, then changed it to last year's price. As a business owner myself I would never do that to a customer. Again after he quoted us a price he changed it out of spite. His only response was if it was cheaper last year we would have expected him to give us the cheaper rate. Honestly, I was trying to gage inflation as everything has gone up in price!

I have been dealing with this shop for a number of years, for both tires and auto repairs. For tire purchases, they offer good,better,best pricing/ratings for your vehicle. Very happy with my recent purchases of Pirelli PZeros, Pirelli Scorpion, Firestone Firehawk Indy 500. Reasonable pricing with no hidden after costs added. Auto repairs : Always solid advice as they have specialists in all vintages/ genres of vehicles. They do well with imports too: Porsche, BMW, Acura etc. Service is quick, completed well and in a timely manner and the place is lady friendly , so you dont need to worry about being taken advantage of. You can show up but I recommend calling ahead and book an appointment . Great shop, A+.

Recently got a flat tire on the way to a work meeting in Burlington. I frantically called close to 10 nearby shops and all of them could not take me or fit me in. Thankfully the guys at Burlington Tire & Auto were able to get my car in. I dropped it off at lunch and had it back by the end of the day. Scott was great to deal with and the whole process was seamless. Thanks guys!

Decided to try this shop as its closer to my home compared to the other tire shop that Ive been going to. Dave (the owner)was the person who dealt with me. It was a great experience. I needed an alignment as my car was pulling to the left and I was destroying tires as a result of the alignment, my car also felt wrong when I drove it. From the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up, it was about an hour and a half. But in that time they test drive my car twice (before and after) and did the alignment. My car is driving so much better after they dealt with it and I will be sure to use them for all my tire needs. Including storage in the off season and when I need new rims and winter tires, I will be sure to get them from them. Thanks Dave and the entire team. Regards, Justin.
