So frustrated with my sister constantly being ripped off by this auto repair shop! She unlike myself is nonconfrontational and finds it difficult to stick up for herself. Just heard she is paid $200./per year for tire storage, this price does not include switching out the tires. That cost was also out of line.

Ive ALWAYS had negative experiences with mechanic shops in the past, so I am posting this because of extreme gratitude. This was the first time Ive ever felt that they went to bat for me. I had a warranty issue with my Goodyear Tires, that another tire shop in Burlington blew off. They spent over an hour in the phone with GoodYear over a build quality issue. I bought my tires from Total Tire in Burlington, but since they didnt complete the invoice and vehicle details, GoodYear would not honour a warranty claim. Beverly Tire saw the problem and worked with GoodYear to help resolve my problem. I cant be more grateful to anyone in this industry. Theyve earned a new customer just simply based on them not counting the clock whole dealing with me. 100% recommending them if youre nearby. If youre further away but need a good place, consider them.
