Dont get your tires put on here!!! I usually dont go out of my way to leave a 1 star review, but in this case I had to. Aside from it being easy to buy my tires online, this entire experience was awful. The staff went out of their way to be unfriendly to us. I called several times to ask a simple question, the phone was never answered. When I went in person to ask my question, the lady at the counter snapped back at me with sarcasm, like I was supposed to be a tire expert or something. Seriously unprofessional behaviour. At booking and drop off, they said it would be a 1-2 hour wait. 6 hours later and my car was finally ready. Go to Kal Tire instead, they have the same prices and MUCH better service and availability.

I have been coming to this tire centre for my seasonal tire change for years now and I have been very happy until today. Sania made my experience very unpleasant. Her attitude is very unprofessional; she doesnt give you much information and doesnt have any patience to answer any questions even one; shes mad for no reason! This is not the customer service we expect from Costco; if their employees have any personal problems, they shouldnt take out on the customer. Other than that, they have very knowledgeable technicians and they change the tires in a timely fashion.

Costco is synonymous to trust. Most reliable service at Costco Tire Center. Buy tires from Costco, get the Costco exclusive benefits. I recently got winter tires changed and felt wobbling since then, went back, got next day morning appointment. Technician checked and found some weight balancing issue amd fixed it under service warranty.
