So incredibly disappointed in this company. Placed an order based on something I was told from them, and they completely delivered something else. Item was late as it sat in warehouse a week before being picked up.

We purchased a massage chair and an indoor sauna from relaxacare. The service in the showroom was fabulous, even though they were busy, Ashley spent a lot of time helping us while helping others. They gave us a great deal on a package deal and the delivery time was incredible. They said we'd get both items within a week and we actually got both within days of ordering! The white glove service and delivery was worth every dime. They set up they delivered the items, set them up and confirmed they were in working order. Colin and his team member were friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend buying from Relaxacare!!!

I recently placed an order with Relaxacare which I unfortunately had to cancel. Customer service was friendly and courteous. I spoke with the owner and explained why I had to cancel the order and he was more than willing to give me a full refund back onto my card with email confirmation. I will definitely use this company with upcoming projects and would have no problems recommending them to others.

Extremely satisfied with the friendly customer service. Delivery was fast! Received a fantastic deal on a Brand New chair and it has been a Godsend!
