Though the staff are friendly, this store seems to have poor collections and the lady working around the fitting rooms kept micromanaging customers as if they would otherwise be stealing, which is very unnecessary. She was indeed very friendly though.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible, snobby employees. No smiles, no hello, to welcome you into the store. I think maybe they think they are working in a high end Gucci store. They take your items and give you almost nothing for them, only to resell them for a much higher price. I saw Walmart sweater, marked $25 used.and worn out in colour. Then, they turned away my Nike yoga pants which I paid $79 for and wore only a few times. They didnt offer a penny for them. But hope they sold that Walmart sweater. This store needs a reality check. Maybe a course on customer service. A small reminder ladies working there, without our used clothes, you wouldnt have the job. Do better for the company you work for.

Great experience here! They are truly selective with their clothes and that is so appreciated. You arent going through the racks looking at stained ripped clothes like some other places! Its a great store and the girls are friendly and have great customer service! Will be back again!
