I ordered the Diana 44. Chris and dinna have the best service I've ever . There was unforeseen circumstances that were accommodated With no issues. Instructions are a little Confusing but Chris is great for helping at any time. Thanks Chris and Dina for all you great help in making my getaway cabin possible:)

I purchased a shed and had it installed. Very happy with the end product, and Dina was very helpful. I did have an issue with the installer and some accidental property damage which was frustrating, but accidents do happen and Dina did address it so I am updating my review to reflect that. I would recommend the product and company.

Dealing with Easy Up has been a huge headache!! Purchased a model in May 2022, with a delivery of July. Delivery date kept getting delayed. They kept saying how they had no idea what was shipped from Estonia. Only once they opened the crates would they know exactly whos order it was. After months of waiting Dina offered a refund. But the catch was they needed to resale the model first. That was in the Fall of 2022. Since, she doesnt reply to any emails. I have no idea if they resold it. I dont trust her. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, shes ignoring them too. Way to run a business!! Update So the headache continues. After ignoring the Better Business Bureau, I escalated my complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery. I sent Dina an email to advise her I was going this route (it was a requirement) and a few days later she replies saying she never heard from the BBB (dont believe that whatsoever) and that they sold our model that morning (yeah Im not that stupid) and that a refund would be issued with 2 days. 10 days later STILL NO REFUND. I called her last Friday, she said she would do it right away still nothing!! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. Update #2 (reply to Dinas message dated 23 Feb) Ironic how Im not your client but MY credit card was used in the transaction!!! This is the first time youve mentioned my daughter would need to go in person. WE are not making the 10+hrs return trip to Cache Bay then another 4+hrs trip to the Simcoe office 7 days later. Refund the credit card and we can finally put this to rest.

Bought A house in April and didnt get it till end of September. Was told it was in customs on August 9th. Near the middle of September found out my house I ordered was in fact not in customs but being put on a boat that day coming from Germany. They did get me a replacement house they had but it was bigger. Meaning I had to build a bigger foundation (more supports, construction adhesive, joist hanger, smash plates, screws, and plywood. The building is good quality. Did find some damaged doors. All in all Im happy with the way building looks just unhappy with the lead times and the companies logistics. They should have better tracking. A shipping container has numbers. Would it be that hard to know whats inside which container? The fact that you got defensive when I think I left a pretty good review in terms of my experience has changed my rating. Have a great day
