Top of Calabogie Ski Hill

We skied there on Monday about 2 weeks ago. No line-ups and fortunately not cold because it is the slowest chair in the region yet they charge top dollar. One of the customer service staff lacked personality. I have noticed a big difference in that area.

They want you to have the resort experience but they do a poor job of doing it. I have no issues paying and supporting the ski industry but when you are paying premium for a BBQ hamburger, sausage, or hot dog that has been pre boiled and slapped on the BBQ for all of a few minutes to "reheat" it with nothing but ketchup, mustard, or relish packs that is not a BBQ or a resort experience.

Chair lift experience! Horrific, please do not recommend this place at all. To come up, fast n quick 25mins, paid $15 each, asked specifically if we can come down with lift. Was clearly yes. To come down I was shocked to see lineup 2 miles long. For some reason every 5th chair was used , seniors exhausted, little kids crying tired of waiting. Staff were telling everyone to walk downwhy they kept clocking money without advising anyone ahead. Clearly greedy, mismanaged and careless management. Senior behind were so tired and dialectic. They said same no one told them about wait time and their sugar level was going down. We shared some candies to keep them going! No humanity but greed here!!!
