I booked an appointment through Google as there was no option to book on the website and no number to call. I drove 30 minutes to my appointment only to find out it had been cancelled. When they texted me to confirm they asked me to wait as they were unprepared for the appointment we had made and they assumed I wouldn't show up as they didn't have my card on file. My opinion:. Highly unprofessional. An appointment is an appointment. Just because a previous client didn't show up for an appointment is no excuse to be unprepared for any future clients.

@SHIMMERLASHES ONLINE COURSE IS A SCAM. This girl sent me a kit with the miceller water opened and spilled all over the products that i couldnt even use any of them! She doesnt teach you how to cure the glue to prevent a fire which is the most important thing. Also was never sent a certificate even though i completed all assignments. When i told her about this & to refund me she just blocks me! $300 for what? DONT BUY HER COURSE, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER STUDENTS.

I took the online course for ShimmerLashes and the process was so easy. I learned so much through the videos and information provided through the portal. Any time I had a question It was answered and explained. Such a professional company. I appreciate all that I learned and now I have my own business doing lashes. I Highly recommend ShimmerLashes!

To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I paid for a lash recertification, as I had not done lashes in over 2 years so I wanted to make sure I was up to date on any new information or techniques. It was a complete rip off. Dont make the same mistake I did and go with the cheaper option because the deluxe box does not come with anything useful, you have to rebuy ALL new supplies. Anyone in the lash business knows how expensive it is to have a complete set of lengths, sizes, and curls. She says the deluxe box comes with everything you need for your first few clients, so in your head youre thinking its a good deal but its not. She gave me 4 trays 13&15 in .05 D, .03 in 13 C, and then a tray of 1.15 in 12 Ccurl. You cant even do one client let alone a few. Please spend the money on a better business that will actually give you the tools you need to succeed because I wish I went somewhere else now that I am out $600. What good is a certification without supplies to be able to continue practicing? You will need at least $200 to get just the lashes you need. The deluxe box probably cost her $20 and pocketed the other $580. She didnt even let me finish doing my models lashes, she just said, it looks so good shes all done a few times so I would leave early. I saved up for a long time to be able to get recertified, and I was so excited to start my business back up and she completely took that away from me because now I have to save another $200 just to get the supplies I need. Im very sad for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.

So I purchase the class for body contouring in December 23rd 2022 and I finished the class on December 29th 2022. Up until today March 3rd 2023, I still havent received the machine, nor my certificate. I have asked some questions about the body contouring tecniques, like what is the difference between all tecniques, mind you that I purchase all the tecniques (wood therapy, vacuum therapy, etc) and they didnt know the answers to any of my questions. Ive sent multiple emails until one day one of the rep called me and she was bragging about how many clients she had but that doesnt excuse in ANY way the way she has treat me. She took the money and now I dont know when Im gonna receive my package PLUS she sent me a tracking number just 2days ago, I called UPS and I have to pay an extra fee to get my machine which is unacceptable at this point. I have asked to be compensated because I was suppose to get the machine in January and I had some clients that wanted to try my new services but because of the delay I did lost those clients. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend to deal with them, they just care about the money.
