Peter did an excellent job of helping us -- the Canadian Association of Radiologists - develop our strategic plan. His years of experience in strategic planning for nonprofits was clear to everyone involved. In addition, he got to know our Board as well as the staff to make it a more meaningful strategic planning experience. Great strategy and NFP solutions. End to end solutions for strategic planning and company strategy creation were clear and forward looking. Business plans presented and created were easy to navigate and comprehend. Brainstorming sessions and strategy consulting sessions were efficient and to the point. Highly recommend!
