After their accountant made deductions we weren't eligible for, and without informing us, we were audited. The accountant assigned to our file quit, unbeknownst to us. 3 months later CRA sends a letter saying if we don't take action, we're in big trouble. Que several weeks of " we didn't keep your records", "we're working on it" etc. from the secretary. A meeting was requested where the owner said to my wife, and I quote " you should have been nicer to the CRA". And to top it all off they sent us a thousand dollar bill, charging us for things going back a year, including asking the CRA for extensions, because their guy dropped the ball. Take notice of all positive reviews being two years old. This company is garbage, they pad the bills, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I was their client for nine years. Jason rarely answered his phone, returned phone calls or responded to emails. Dale reached out on Jason's behalf but doesn't listen, and asks for things that I made clear numerous times don't exist and aren't relevant to my person. It would take going back and forth by email over and over and over again before they'd get anything right. When I informed them that I was not going to be using their "service" in the future, they locked me out of the client portal so that I can not access any of MY personal tax returns, and invoices. They are beyond unprofessional, and do not care about their clients or long-term relations in the least. Save your time and hard-earned money and go somewhere else.

My parents were referred here and they had nothing but good things to say about Paul and his team in Cambridge. I decided to try them out (many years ago) and haven't gone anywhere else since. Although they do charge more than your typical quick fix accountant, they are very through and quick with their communications. When I email or call, I know I'll be contacted same day (or next business day at the latest). My taxes are quite easy to do, but I know they are being done properly.
