        Was looking for a service provider but ended up in the capable hands of Dakota Martai. I'm sooooo glad I did. He was clear and concise, explained everything in great detail when warranted and I walked out with a new phone and amazing store credits. Hands down - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN THE MALL. Thank you Dakota from the bottom of my heart. You excel at what you do. You clearly love your job and you treat customers with the utmost care and respect. You deserve to be promoted beyond your current level!

        I just activated a new phone plan and had the best customer experience with Shubham very polite very respectful made my day helped out alot definitely the most humble nicest person i have ever came across in cambridge thanks again Shubham. Also i noticed no chairs for the employees to sit down on maybe there should be chairs added the discomfort of standing day after day is unbelievable please add chairs for the people at this wow mobile boutique they have the best customer service i ever ever had definitely felt welcome i will definitely refer friends and family to this location
