        Placed an order for Medium French Vanilla and they handed me my coffee in a cup which was all dirty from outside with coffee spilled out on it. They couldnt even manage to change the cup but I rather had to tell them to change it for me. Moreover the person was not even apologetic about it. Really disappointing
