We were in the market for a new cleaning service as ours was no longer working a year ago. We compared City Wide to 3 others and Mark and Tim were honest and worked hard to win our business. They tailored or requirements and came up with solutions. A year later and we are still very happy with our choice. Roberta heads up the team that cleans our office and doesn't disappoint. If something isn't right she will let us know so it can be fixed. Also if something is missed she or Tim makes it right which is rarely. Tim is in for weekly or bi-weekly checks to ensure things are running well. We are moving to a bigger facility and have faith that City Wide will continue to provide the great service we have received. Highly recommend. Thanks team City Wide.
