Ive been living next door to a three story-unit apartment being built next door to me. It has been a nightmare since day one. Not using a wet saw in a residential neighborhood and covering my property with concrete dust. Using foam boards as an exterior and all the millions of particulars of styrofoam beads are all over my property. Huge fight to get it cleaned up. Constantly leaving garbage and debris on our property. Yesterday they left metal bracing from scaffolding in my yard and my 3 year didnt see it and bashed her head off it. We have had to make multiple noise complaints because they start machines at 7am on saturday and sunday, bylaw says it has to be 9am in Guelph. An absolute nightmare.

Brought safety issues to them with no action. 2 foot drop onto concrete with no flags. Today come home and they install (concrete and wood post 8 foot high) a rental sign next to the safety hazard. Have called their safety department multiple times, texted images of site and was assured they would fix. Back to the same the next day. Have some safety integrity and own the site you work on and check its safety not only for your workers but citizens. What a joke.
