Breymark Homes

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Moved in July and it's now November and I am still waiting for them to come and finish our house. After countless phone calls and face to face conversations with Keith and Jeff, I'm still waiting. No one seems to want to provide a direct answer and instead they are defensive and rude when asked to take accountability. The cupboards in the kitchen are peeling already and it's only been 3 full months. The worst craftsmanship I've ever seen in a home, this company lacks organization and expertise. Just a cookie cutter house that they whipped together and will most likely show all the other corners they cut once it starts snowing. I was truly excited to move into a new home but it's fallen 100% short of expectations, even though we are simply renting from Breymark it's actually even worse as a rental than a real home because they used the lowest quality appliances and materials which are already breaking down. The property management company quit working for us, the renters because it's a lost cause dealing with breymark. Do not rent or buy a breymark home.

We built a home with Breymark homes last year and it was an incredible experience. We have built several homes in the past and this was our first experience with a builder who was actually a part of the process. Brett took the time to meet with us throughout the process. From signing the paperwork, going over colour selections and anytime we wanted to walk through the home while it was being constructed he was there. Admittedly we made some changes during the building period and Brett and his team accommodated these requests. At the end we have a gorgeous home with quality evident throughout. Our friends have been so impressed they too are thinking of building with Breymark. I would not hesitate to recommend this builder!!!

We recently had Breymark Homes build our very first home for us and the experience was amazing! Every interaction we had with them was warm & friendly. Jeff (site super), Brett (owner), and every contractor we encountered made us feel comfortable throughout the whole building experience. We ended up with a BEAUTIFUL home at the end of it. Their attention to detail is incredible!! We could not be happier with our experience and our choice to have Breymark Homes build our very first home!!
