** SCAM ALERT ** Total SCAM company!!!! Don't rely on these people for special occasions... Totally ruined Mothers Day. Placed 3 orders for mothers day totaling $180. Red roses were pink! And the other 2 orders CONTAINED DEAD FLOWERS! It was absolutely SHAMEFUL! Called customer support, and they apologized to for ruining my occasion. Was told $200 would be provided as credit! 2 Weeks later, no confirmation. Call in and they tell me they are only giving me $130. Total waste of time. Don't count on these people for special occasions, they will only ruin them. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.

The buying experience online was easy and many options to pick from. I have sent bouquets to BC from Bloomex before and they were beautiful flowers. However had also sent flowers to NL and they were not quite as pictured on the website. The ability to send day of is also nice.
