These meals are chalked full of fresh, nourishing whole foods & I love the omnivore options Veggie or meat, I always feel perfectly full I highly recommend Nook to anyone struggling with their meal prep and to those looking for healthy food inspiration.         I love the convience of the meals my husband travels alot and cooking for one can sometimes lead to eating the same meal over and over. Knowing that they are nutritional balanced and so tasty its a win win! Madi is very helpful and willing to customize your nutrition needs. If you have never tried Nook you need to.
