        Ten years ago I purchased a Cascata rain barrel, and it has been a joy. We had an unusually cold winter (below zero temperatures for quite a few days) in central Kentucky in 2023. The hose had several cracks when spring arrived causing all the early spring rain water to leak out. I was able to order replacement parts online which came with excellent instructions, and I replaced the hose myself (79 years old)! Your products and customer service are outstanding. Thank you.
