First Choice Haircutters

I got my hair cut here Monday night and am traumatized. The whole appointment the lady kept saying how my hair was so dry and so awful I have never had such a terrible experience. I have thick course long hair and she didnt brush it out before using a fine tooth comb cutting my hair DRY! It was like she was trying to scalp me. It ended up very short my hair was till my butt now its little lower than my shoulders I can live with the shortness but she rolled her eyes about how dry my hair was the whole time when I told her I hated it I STILL PAID, she tried to sell me products after I told her I was unhappy. Honestly wish I knew her name because Id have loved to name dropped whoever did the choppiest layers both sides were uneven. Ended up going to first choice on pioneer in Kitchener even she agreed my haircut was a whole tragedy. If I could give 0 stars I would. Recommend not going here. even upselling after knowing a customer is unhappy is ridiculous. She even told me she wanted to go shorter. Like what?
