        This is the worst experience I have ever had at a business. I have no idea how it is rated over 4 stars. My experience here will haunt me for the rest of my life, especially when I have to look at photos of what Francesco (the owner) did to my hair. If you care about your hair and appearance, go anywhere else!!! He made me pick up my cut hair off the ground and hold it, so he could call it yucky and disgusting. Wretchedly unprofessional.
